Measles

Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) has identified six lab-confirmed cases of measles in Huron and Perth, with more cases pending lab results. All cases were connected to the ongoing outbreak in the Southwestern Public Health and Grand Erie Public Health regions.
Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) is reporting a case of measles in a Huron Perth resident. This is the first laboratory confirmation of measles infection in Huron and Perth counties. HPPH has completed case and contact tracing and will not be providing any additional public details about the case.
Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) is looking for a dog involved in an incident in Stratford on Wednesday, February 19, between 3 and 4 p.m. The incident took place at the intersection of St. David St. and Church St., near the railway tracks.
