Health Unit Looking for Dog Involved in Incident in Stratford

Stratford, ON – Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) is looking for a dog involved in an incident in Stratford on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at around 12:30 p.m. The incident took place on Franklin Drive in Stratford.  

The dog involved in the incident is described as large, dark and light brown in colour, possibly mixed breed. One female accompanied the dog. The dog was leashed but got away at the time of the incident. 

HPPH is investigating this incident to check if the dog has up-to-date rabies vaccination. 

HPPH reminds people to always obtain the contact information of the owners of the animal that is involved in an incident.
