Appointment only service at Clinton site: December 5 and 6

Due to scheduled maintenance, there will be service interruptions to the HPPH Clinton site in early December. On Thursday, Dec. 5, and Friday, Dec. 6, there will be appointment-only access to our Clinton site.

COVID-19 and Influenza Vaccination Update

Free flu shots and updated COVID-19 vaccines are now available at participating pharmacies and primary care provider offices. Huron Perth Public Health will not be holding COVID-19 or flu shot clinics this fall for the general public.  

In November, HPPH will offer COVID-19 vaccine clinics for children aged 11 years and younger only. Appointments are required and can be made online at www.ontario.ca/book-vaccine.

HPPH Clinton office closed to public Friday, Dec. 23, 2022

Huron Perth, ON – The Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) Clinton site is closed today due to inclement weather. The HPPH West Gore office in Stratford will be open until 12 PM. HPPH Festival Square, Listowel, and Wingham sites continue to be closed to the public.

HPPH Clinton and West Gore sites will re-open to the public on Wednesday, Dec. 28 at 8:30 AM.
