Huron Perth, ON – Huron Perth Public Health (HPPH) is proud to celebrate Canadian Public Health Week 2025 from April 7 to 11, joining public health organizations across the country in recognizing the vital role public health plays in building healthy communities.
This year’s celebration is especially meaningful as Huron Perth Public Health marks its 5th anniversary, having officially formed on January 1, 2020. Since its inception, HPPH has been committed to promoting health, preventing illness, and protecting the well-being of all residents in Huron and Perth counties.
“As we celebrate five years of Huron Perth Public Health, I am deeply grateful for the unwavering dedication of our staff,” says Dr. Miriam Klassen, Medical Officer of Health and CEO of HPPH. “Every program and service we deliver is fueled by their expertise and compassion. It is through their efforts that we can support the health and well-being of our local communities, and I am proud of what we have achieved together. I also want to extend my appreciation to the board of health members for their leadership and support.”
